Responsible Gambling
Play for fun
Gambling is entertainment, not a way to make money or pay off debts. Decide in advance how much you can spend, do not chase losses, keep an eye on how long you play and take regular breaks.
Deposit limits
You can set daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits on your account. You can also talk to our support team about the right limits for you. Raising or removing a limit does not take effect at once - the higher limit only applies after 24 hours.
Cooling-off
If you need a short pause, you can take a cooling-off period of anything between 24 hours and six weeks.
Self-exclusion
Self-exclusion lasts 6 months and cannot be reversed once it is applied, so think it over carefully. To start it, contact our support team. We also advise you to self-exclude at any other gambling sites where you hold accounts, and you can send a Comprehensive Self-Exclusion request to the Kahnawake Gaming Commission.
Check yourself
Our quick self-assessment test helps you see whether gambling is becoming a problem.
Where to get help
Gamblers Anonymous and the National Council on Problem Gambling offer free, confidential support.
Age
Only people older than 19, or the legal age of majority where they live, may play.
